When buying online from us, please try to ensure that the item is correct or suitable before buying. Please don't make assumptions about the suitability of the item for your purposes, or compatibility for your vehicle. We offer three months parts only warranty (no labour costs are covered in the warranty) on every item that we sell. We run and test every item where possible, and we will never knowingly sell a faulty item.
Returns, refunds and exchanges will be accepted within three months of sale if the item is faulty or does not match the description on our website.
No return will be accepted if the item has been tampered with or disassembled.
Every part we sell is marked and engraved by our dismantlers. No return will be accepted if our engravings and markings are not apparent.
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: is unsafe, is significantly different from the description, doesn’t do what we said it would, or isn't in the condition you expected and can’t be easily fixed. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or a replacement.
Freight costs to return items purchased in error are at the buyers expense.
Freight costs to return faulty items are at the seller's expense.
